Hi, I'm Chad.
I spent twelve years as a union organiser, working across hospitality, emergency services, pharmacy, dental, medical imaging, aged care and childcare. A lot of that was inside busy workplaces that were overwhelmed with paperwork, so I've seen how much time the admin takes.
I've been hands-on with AI for about two years. My confidence comes from building the whole back end of my own business on Claude.

I started this because I saw there was a genuine gap between what AI is said to be able to deliver for small business and the reality. I work with small businesses to help them work out what is possible and what needs to wait.

Workflow Audit
I spend time on site with you and your team and map how the work really gets done, job by job. Every task is sorted into what AI can take on, what it can do with a person checking, and what should stay with your people. Within a week you get a written report with what to do first, the next 90 days, and what it's worth in hours saved. The report's yours to keep.

Claude Set-up and Onboarding
Claude set up properly for your business from day one: the right plan, privacy and confidentiality settings, your business's context, and the plugins you need. It comes with onboarding packs for you and your staff, and a written AI use policy, so everyone knows how it's meant to be used.

Workflow Build
The workflows your Audit picked out, built in Claude and tested against agreed pass criteria before they go live. Each one runs for a working week live, your team's trained on it, and it's signed off at a handover meeting.
Good for after your Audit
Fix-up and Tune-up
For businesses already using Claude that aren't getting what they expected. A diagnostic run inside your setup shows what's going wrong, and it keeps your client information out of the report. I design the fixes, then apply and test them with you until it works. After that, check-ins at 3, 6 and 12 months keep it on track, with a monthly tune-up if you want one.

A written policy that sets out what staff can put into AI, what's checked before anything goes out, how confidentiality is protected, and who's responsible. A sensible first step for a business that isn't ready for a full set-up.

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. I set it up and show you and your team how to use it. Training's part of the set-up and every build.
Is my clients' information safe?
Privacy and confidentiality are part of every job. The AI check never asks about your clients, and the AI use policy that comes with the set-up spells out what staff can and can't put into AI.
What does it cost?
The AI check is free. After we talk, I'll email you what an Audit would cost for a business your size. If you go ahead with a Build within 90 days, the Audit fee comes off it.
Do you only work with accountants and lawyers?
No. That's where I started, because they've got plenty of admin. I work with any small business that's got a lot of repetitive admin.
I'm not near Toowoomba. Can you still help?
Yes. Within about 100 km I come to you. Further out, we can work by video, phone and email.
